The 12-12-12 benefit concert took place in New York City today.

Surprises included Eddie Vedder joining Roger Waters for the Pink Floyd classic ‘Comfortably Numb’, Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi doing ‘Born To Run’ and Michael Stipe joining Chris Martin but the big surprise was Paul McCartney joining the surviving Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic.
