The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart makes as estimated $25-$30 million a year.

Stewart’s salary now makes him the highest paid talk show host on American television, ahead of David Letterman, Jay Leno and Conan O’Brien.

TV Guide estimates that Leno and Letterman earn $20 million each while Jimmy Kimmel is well behind in fourth place on $10 million a year.

The Stewart salary is peanuts compared to Judy Sheindlin. Judy aka Judge Judy earns $47 million a year.

Matt Lauer makes $22-25 million from his NBC news job while Ashton Kutch is pocketing $750,000 per episode of Two and a Half Men. His 23 episodes in Season 10 made him $17,250,000.

Mark Harmon is the highest paid actor for a drama. He makes $525,000 + points for NCIS. 24 NCIS episodes aired in the last season.

Shock jock Howard Stern makes $15 million for his judging role on America’s Got Talent. That doesn’t include what he earns on radio. His syndicated radio show outdoes them all making around $75 million for Stern on top of his America’s Got Talent fee.
