Australian guitarist Joe Matera, from Melbourne, will mount an extensive European tour in May, visiting Austria, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands and Czech Republic.
Matera released his second album ‘Terra Firma’ in Europe in January and will tour in support of its release. “I am looking forward to promote ‘Terra Firma’ on stages in Europe.” Joe says. I c can’t wait to perform live for the first time ever to all my fans and new audiences in Poland, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. It’s going to be rock ‘n’ roll!”
‘Terra Firma’ follows on from the debut album ‘Creatures of Habit’ that also found success in Europe and was the platform for Joe’s first tour.
On ‘Terra Firma’, Pete Lincoln of The Sweet makes a guest appearance on bass. An acoustic version of the song also features Martin Bullard of Smokie.
