X-Factor star Reece Mastin announces DVD, and works on a new album with big name songwriters.

The pop kid is about to deliver his first DVD Behind Closed Doors, featuring behind-the-scenes footage on the sets of his videos, at the ARIAs and recording his new album, the clips themselves, acoustic performances, interviews and live tour recordings.
There’s also a 36-minute documentary about his rise to fame, featuring interviews with close family and friends and his X Factor mentor Guy Sebastian.
He’s had a hell of a year, his debut single ‘Good Night’ going Gold on the first day of release (it’s now quadruple-Platinum), and his follow-up singles ‘Shut Up & Kiss Me’ and ‘Shout It Out’ also garnering Platinum sales.
Mastin has been working on his new album with songwriters Benji Madden of Good Charlotte, Ilan Kidron, Matthew Gerrard (who has worked with Kelly Clarkson, The Jonas Brothers, Delta Goodrem), Cassius D. Kalb (who has worked with Bruno Mars), and Brian Howes (who has worked with Puddle Of Mudd, Hinder, Boys Like Girls).
The album will hit stores in October this year. Behind Closed Doors will be released tomorrow, September 21.
