The Kin formed when brothers Isaac and Thorald Koren left Australia for New York and met up with percussionist Shakerleg. The Kin was formed.
The now New York based band signed with Interscope Records and were invited back to Australia to tour with Pink.
The Kin have showcased around the world at SXSW in Austin and the Sundance Film Festival where they put on what they call their “musical robberies” where they just turn up and play.
