Dan Rosen and Artist Manager John Watson To Speak At Face The Music

The Face The Music conference has announced the first round of speakers with ARIA’s Dan Rosen and John Watson of Eleven/John Watson Management heading up with list.

Artists including singer songwriter Cash Savage and Ross Knight of Cosmic Psychos will also speak at the 2013 event to be held November 15 and 16 at the Arts Centre Melbourne.

Other speakers include Jess Beston of Tiny Monster, Peter Karpin of Universal Music, Tim Morrison of Trial Kennedy and industry entrepreneur Bruce Milne.

Face The Music 2013 will cover marketing and release strategies, artist management, booking gigs, recording techniques, and taking your music to a global music market. As well as fresh sessions on current trends such as the resurgence of vinyl, reality talent shows, the power of moving pictures and the algorithms of streaming.

The format will include forums, presentations, networking, facilitated meetings, practical workshops and the return of The Debate.
