‘Cobain: Montage of Heck’ is the first authorised Kurt Cobain documentary, directed by Brett Morgen.

‘Cobain: Montage of Heck’ chronicles the life of the Nirvana frontman. The movie was written, produced and directed by Academy Award Nominee Morgen (The Kid Stays in the Picture, Crossfire Hurricane) and features Kurt’s daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, as executive producer.

The documentary features interviews from Kurt’s family, none of whom have ever been interviewed before, along with bandmate Krist Novoselic and Kurt’s widow Courtney Love.

‘Cobain: Montage of Heck’ follows Kurt from his earliest years in Aberdeen, WA, through to the height of his fame, the documentary creates a powerful cinematic insight into the dark side of Kurt who rejected fame at all levels.

‘Cobain: Montage of Heck’ will be released on Digital Download from 24th April, and Blu-ray and DVD from 27th April 2015.
