Rockabilly princess Lanie Lane has sold out her Melbourne and Sydney shows, so she’s kindly added some more.

The rootin’-tootin’ rockabilly sensation has just got back from wowing the industry during Jack White’s Third Man showcases at Austin’s SXSW music fest. The queue for the show featuring her, Jack, John C Reilly, Black Belles, and Reggie Watts stretched back four blocks.

Now she’s all a-flutter that her the two Melbourne Corner shows and the Sydney Metro show for her national tour have sold out.

So those who missed out in Sydney and Melbourne get another chance. She’s added another Corner Hotel date for Monday 28 May and a new Metro date for Saturday 2 June.

She’ll be joined by hyped blues act the Rubens and husky man Steve Smyth. Head over to lanielane.net for ticketing details. And check her out playing some tunes in the Noise11 studios below.
