Lanie Lane has announced a series of dates to play new music from her upcoming second album.

Lanie will roadtest her new songs at the shows before heading into the studio to record the follow-up to her 2011 debut ‘To The Horses’.

“It really feels like I’m coming into my own spring time,” Lane said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to coming out of this hibernation, to be on the stage, to reconnect with everyone. The new songs I have written have evolved into something very new for me, more personal, meaningful and dear to my heart than any other collection of songs I’ve written in my life.”

Lanie Lane dates are:

September 13, Adelaide, The Promethean
September 14, Melbourne, The Toff
September 19, Sydney, The Vanguard
September 20, Brisbane, Black Bear Lodge

The limitation did nothing to unsettle him, because Plant has long embraced reinvention, moving from the power of Led Zeppelin to the refined folk, blues and roots recordings he has championed over recent decades.
