Madonna’s ‘Rebel Heart’ tour, captured live in Australia, is heading to DVD and Blu-Ray and will be released as a live album.

Madonna performed her ‘Rebel Heart’ show at Sydney’s Qudos Arena and the special ‘Tears Of A Clown’ show at Melbourne’s Forum Theatre. Both will be featured on the DVD.

Madonna performed 82 Rebel Heart shows in 55 cities around the world plus the one-off Tears Of A Clown show for Melbourne fans. 1,045,479 people came to the shows earning $169,800,000 in ticket sales.

The Rebel Heart Tour was directed by Jamie King with musical direction by Kevin Antunes (with band keyboardist Ric’key Pageot, drummer Brian Frasier-Moore, guitarist Monte Pittman, and background vocalists Kiley Dean and Nicki Richards), lead choreography by Megan Lawson, hair by Andy LeCompte, makeup by Aaron Henrikson, and costume design by Arianne Phillips.

The ‘Madonna: Rebel Heart Tour’ Blu-Ray, DVD and live album will be released on 15 September, 2017.
