Brooklyn rapper has been arrested for yesterday’s shooting at a T.I. concert at Irving Plaza in New York that killed one man and wounded three others.

33 year old Ronald ‘Banga’ McPhatter, a member of the Troy Ave crew B$B, died from shots to the stomach after Troy Ave fired off rounds backstage.

The 30-year old Roland Collins, aka Troy Ave, was in the green room of the venue when a brawl broke out. He is now expected to be charged with murder.

The 1,100 capacity venue was sold sold for the T.I.. The shots started at around 10:15pm as opening acts Maino and Uncle Murda were on stage. T.I. was scheduled to perform later. The audience stampeded for the exit as the shots fired.

Billboard reports that the brawl started between Collins and the Maino crew.

Troy Ave has released two albums ‘New York City: The Album’ in 2013 and ‘Major Without A Deal’ in 2014. ‘Major Without A Deal’ peaked at 109 on the Billboard chart but also reached no 14 on the R&B chart and no 13 on the Rap chart.
