Neil Young gave fans in Philadelphia a rare treat on Sunday night (30 September 18) playing rarities seldom heard in his 50+ year career.

Young opened with ‘Dance Dance Dance’, a song he wrote for the first Crazy Horse album before he recruited them as his band.

The set went into two tracks from the rarely performed ‘Le Noise’ (2010), resurrected the country album ‘Silver & Gold’ (2000) and featured three songs from ‘Harvest Moon’ (1992).

‘Homefires’, a song the unreleased 1975 album ‘Homegrown’ was also in the set.
