Peter Paul and Mary Live Album To Be Released

During the 80’s and 90’s, Peter, Paul and Mary taped most of their shows, mainly so they could critique the performances and make changes to the arrangements.

Among those many recordings were songs that the trio performed regularly but never made the jump to one of their studio albums. While going through their archive for the 2004 box set Carry It On, the tapes were rediscovered and Paul Kehoe and David La Plante reviewed them to find those with the best sound quality and mix for future use.

‘Discovered: Live in Concert’ assembles thirteen of the songs from those many tapes, twelve of which were never recorded for a studio album, and presents them in their original form with no additional dubbing or instrumental embellishments. Just the music as it was performed on one of those nights a few decades ago.

Track List:
You Can Tell the World
Give Yourself to Love
No Choice
Cactus in a Coffee Can
Geraldine and Ruthie May
Little Ship
Mi Caballo
Be Right Back
Space Suits
Parallel Universe
Semper Fi
Show the Way
Midnight Special
