Social Family Records Joins Ambition Music Group

Social Family Records, the label behind Baby Animals and Steve Balbi, has signed at distribution deal with Robert Rigby’s Ambition Music Group.

Social Family Records is part of Social Family Group, the company behind social media marketing company Jaden Social. Ambition is the home of Russell Morris, Marcia Hines and Wendy Matthews.

Baby Animals released their recent ‘This Is Not The End’ album through Social Family Records and had a Top 20 debut on the ARIA album chart.

“I am very pleased to have Social Family Records coming onboard with Ambition to be their new distribution pattern,” Robert Rigby said. “Their team is a small tribe of music, marketing and technology mavericks working to the beat of their own drum and their success in the market shows they are redesigning the standard record label concept.”

For Social Family Records the deal bring experience. “The experience that comes with Robert Rigby at Ambition Music Group and his team is a real coup for a young label like Social Family. We look forward to releasing some great records together.”

All Social Family Records product is now available through the Universal sales desk.
