The Black Crowes has sent a cryptic hint to fans of a 2020 reunion with a drawing of two black crows with X’s in their eyes.

The xx xx in Roman numerals in 2020.

The Black Crowes released their last album ‘Before The Frost … Until The Freeze’ in 2008. Their last show was in Boston on 8 February, 2014.

The Black Crowes were active from 1984 to 2002 when they went into hiatus for three years. Their 2006 return generated the 2008 album ‘Warpaint’ followed by ‘Before the Frost … Until the Freeze’ a year later.

The big albums for The Black Crowes were their first and second records ‘Shake Your Money Maker’ and ‘The Great Harmony and Musical Companion’ in 1991 and 1992. They reached number four and number one and sold 5 million and 2 million in the USA.
