The Presets have created a new remix of the Pharrell Williams written Kylie Minogue song ‘I Was Gonna Cancel’.

The song will be the new single from Kylie Minogue’s 11th studio album ‘Kiss Me Once’.

Kylie asked The Presets’ Julian Hamilton and Kim Moyes to remix the track when they DJed for her in Sydney at the Beresford Hotel in February.

“We have always had the utmost respect for Kylie as a pop star and an Australian Icon. After we DJed for her recently in Sydney she asked us to remix “I Was Gonna a Cancel”. Saying yes was a no brainer.” they said in a statement.

Kylie Minogue is expected to perform ‘I Was Gonna Cancel’ at The Logies on April 27. She will also perform an exclusive one-off show for iHeartRadio in Melbourne. Details about the secret show will be announced on KISS 1065 in Sydney and Mix101.1 Melbourne.
