Tom Morello Replaces Steve Van Zandt For Bruce Springsteen Australian Tour

Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello will fill in for E Street Band guitarist Steve Van Zandt on the upcoming Bruce Springsteen Australian tour.

Van Zandt has filming commitments for his new television series ‘Lillyhammer’ and will not be able to make the Australian leg of the tour in March.

He will return to the E Street Band with the next part of the European tour starts at the end of April.

Morello featured on Springsteen’s latest album “Wrecking Ball’ and played with Bruce for the launch of the album at SXSW in March, 2012.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band Australian dates are:

March 14 and 16, Brisbane, Entertainment Centre
March 18 and 20, Sydney, Allphones Arena
March 24, 26, 27, Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
March 30 and March 31, Woodend, Hanging Rock
