The Scottish singer, who shot to fame as a contestant on TV show Britain’s Got Talent, looks set to secure a multi-million pound deal to play a series of dates in the famous party city.

If Susan does clinch the contract, she would joining a host of other stars who have enjoyed lucrative residencies including Celine Dion, Sir Elton John and the hotly-anticipated Britney Spears.

‘Las Vegas is one of the ultimate spots for a performer to play and a residency is a huge deal, but then Susan is a big star who’s sold more than 19 million albums,” a source told British newspaper The Mirror.

Susan is no stranger to appearing on stage in Las Vegas. Last year, she performed alongside her idol Donny Osmond at the Flamingo Hotel.

The singer could rake in millions if she secures a residency at one of the top casino hotel venues in the city next year.

The 52-year-old star is due to embark on a live tour later this year, with the first show kicking off in Scotland in July.

Susan has famously remained down to earth since becoming one of the biggest stars in the music industry. She continues to live in her family home and shuns a luxury lifestyle despite an estimated personal fortune of £22 million.

The clean-living singer’s show rider when she is travelling simply contains her favourite hot beverage.

‘Susan loves Barry Tea, which is an Irish tea that’s also really popular in Scotland. She doesn’t like American tea, so she brings her own supply of tea bags,” the source added.
