The video revolves around Gaga having a breakdown and being put into a mental home. It is about a girl who wants to be a star. “I’m going to be a star. You know why? Because I have nothing left to lose”.

The imagery is probably our most indepth insight into what drove a girl called Stephanie to became the biggest star in the world, Lady Gaga. You see her mad, you see her naked, you see a glimpse of the bizarre world of the making of Gaga.
