In 1974 former lead singer of Australia’s The Groop Ronnie Charles, worked with recording industry legend Lou Reizner to work on ‘Prestidigitation’, a bold recording featuring the London Symphony Orchestra and The English Chamber Choir.
Lou at recently worked with the LSO on the all-star production of Tommy. He had produced the two first Rod Stewart solo albums ‘An Old Raincoat Won’t Ever Let You Down’ and ‘Gasoline Alley’.
‘Prestidigitation’ is a masterpiece that until now has never been discovered. Ronnie covers classics like Free’s ‘Wishing Well’ and Derek and the Dominos ‘Layla’.
