The Rubens will kick off 2023 on the Summersalt tour with Angus & Julia Stone, Ben Harper, City & Colour, Middle Kids and Alex The Astronaut. It’s a great line-up with Elliott Margin from The Rubens telling Noise11 he hopes to get some Beer Pong in with the bands along the way.
The Rubens have a lot to celebrate. Recently they clocked up the 10th year anniversary of their debut album and the plan is for a fifth album in 2023. So far this year there has been one new song ‘Waste a Day’ but come to a Rubens show and you’ll be treated to mostly the songs you know.
Summersalt will head to Canberra, Wollongong, Fremantle, Yarra Valley, Hobart, Torquay, Coffs Harbour and the Gold Coast over summer 2023.
