Throughout the 1990’s Melbourne’s Underground Lovers became one of influential bands of their day.

Their albums including ‘Rushall Station’ and ‘Dream It Down’ were critically acclaimed but mainstream success eluded them.

By 2002, the band went their separate ways but remained good friends. Over the years there have been a number reunions and the latest one gets them together for the compilation album ‘Wonderful Things’.

Underground Lovers will perform at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne on November 17, 2011. Get tickets here.

Founding members Vincent Giarrusso and Glenn Bennie dropped into Noise11.com to talk about the band.
