Flume’s ‘Skin’ album is the number one album in Australia this week and also looks like debuting in the American Top 10 with very similar sales figures.

‘Skin’ sold 17,708 copies in Australia last week to debut at no 1. HitsDailyDouble calculates first week US Flume sales at 19,665, less than 2000 difference between the two countries.

The Flume album also debuted in the UK at no 25 this week.

Flume is 24-year old, Tesla driving Harley Streten of Sydney. His first album ‘Flume’ was a number one album in Australia and earned 2x platinum awards. You can assume that based on previous sales and sales of the new album the Tesla has been paid off.

‘Skin’ features collaborations with Little Dragon, Beck, AlunaGeorge, MNDR, Vince Staples, Tove Lo, Vic Mensa and Kai.
