John Murry Locks In First Australian Tour

Tupelo, Mississippi singer songwriter John Murry will perform shows for the first time in Australia in January, 2014.

Murry recorded his debut album ‘The Graceless Age’ in San Francisco with producer Tim Mooney of American Music Club who passed away from a blood clot before the album was finished. Production was completed with Kevin Cubbins in Memphis.

Murry wrote the song ‘Little Coloured Balloons’ about his years of addiction and recalls how he was once clinically dead for several minutes.

The album ‘The Graceless Age’ delves further into Murry’s dark past of pain and loss. ‘The Graceless Age’ was released in Australia in October, 2012.
