Martha Wainwright will tour Australia starting in Brisbane in May.

Martha will return to Australia to tour her ‘Come Home To Mama’ album her third album released in 2012.

‘Come Home To Mama’ was recorded at Sean Lennon’s New York home and produced by Yuka Honda of Cibo Matto. It features appearances from Honda, Lennon, Wilco’s Nels Cline and Dirty Three drummer Jim White.

‘Proserpina’, the album’s first single, was written about her late mother, singer/songwriter Kate McGarrigle.
