Paul Kelly, Illy and Missy Higgins To Headline Next Season of A Weekend In The Gardens

A Weekend In The Gardens, Melbourne’s hit new music festival of March, will return to The Botanical Gardens in November with nights headlined by Paul Kelly, Illy and then Missy Higgins.

A Weekend In The Gardens is the new event from Mick and Anthea Newton, co-founders of A Day On The Green. “The artists and audiences have responded enthusiastically to having a beautiful, intimate outdoor concert space in the Royal Botanic Gardens in the middle of this amazing city, ”Michael said. “The lineup of acts is first-class, and the food and beverage options are fantastic. Along with the Royal Botanic Gardens, we are very proud to be presenting another weekend of great entertainment in the gardens.”

Steve Earle and Middle Kids will perform with Kelly on the Friday, Thundamentals, Spit Syndicate and Birdz with Illy on night two and Dustin Tebbutt, All Our Exes Live In Texas and Harry Jakamarra with Missy Higgins on the final night.
