Meanwhile Pink’s ‘Beautiful Trauma’ album exceeded all expectations generating over 78,000 sales in the first week. What is incredible is that over 50,000 of those 78,000 sales were CDs.

Pink’s Australian success outstrips anywhere else in the world. The sales for ‘Beautiful Trauma’ in Australia were 8,000 greater than the UK. (70,074). The UK has three times the music buying public of Australia.

Pink sold 384,709 copies in the USA. That grew to 407,268 sales when streaming was added. In Australia still wins per capita. 78,000 sales in Australia is the equivalent over 1,000,000 sales in the USA.

Pink will tour Australia for Live Nation.
