Australia’s The Rubens have signed with Warner Brothers Records in the USA.

The band’s self-titled album was recorded in New York with producer David Kahne (Paul McCartney, The Strokes). It debuted at no. 3 on Australia’s ARIA Chart.

The Rubens hail from Menagle, New South Wales (population 327). The Rubens are brothers Sam Margin (vocals/guitar), Elliott Margin (keyboards), and Zaac Margin (guitar), plus their longtime friend Scott Baldwin (drums).

The Rubens will make their American debut at SXSW in March.
