Prinnie Stevens and Mahalia Barnes faced off on The Voice but for these longtime friends the real reward is their new album Come Together.

Not that Prinnie Stevens and Mahalia Barnes weren’t already acclaimed singers, but their “rivalry” on The Voice has put them on another level of recognition. Now they have teamed up on an album of soul classics, and classics that they’ve given soul.

We chat to the duo about their time on the show, their “weird match-up”, how they picked the tunes for Come Together, the big traveling band that will do justice to the songs on stage, and the big question: who should replace Keith Urban on The Voice?
