Country star Amber Lawrence will host her own radio show on iHeartRadio.

Each week, iHeartCountry will feature Australia’s country stars including Christie Lamb, Glen Harrison, O’Shea, Sunny Cowgirls, and Travis Collins, joining Amber to chat about music, life on the road and play some songs.

iHeartRadio Australia’s Content Director Brett “Nozz” Nossiter said: “We saw a huge gap in the market with country music. So we built iHeartCountry Australia to really support the thriving local scene for both fans and artists. It’s the perfect complement to the existing country music offering on iHeartRadio.”

iHeartCountry Australia is the station country music lovers having been waiting for. Featuring brand new country hits and loved tracks from Aussie music favourites like Catherine Britt, Keith Urban, Amber Lawrence, Beccy Cole, The Sunny Cowgirls, Troy Cassar-Daley, and O’Shea. As well as the best international artists including Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Travis Collins, Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, and Dixie Chicks.

Geraint Davies Head of iHeartRadio Australia said, “The Australian Country music industry is thriving and having seen first-hand at last year’s CMC Awards how passionate the fan base is I am sure iHeartCountry Australia will be one of our most successful stations ever.”

Amber Nights airs:
• Monday at 6pm
• Wednesday at 8am
