Freaky Baltimore psych act Animal Collective have put together two Big Day Out sideshows.

Animal Collective are fresh off the release of their silly, trippy new album Centipede Hz, full of non sequiturs, psychedelic synths and a hodgepodge of noises, their first album to feature all the core members since 2007’s Strawberry Jam.

Now they’re bringing new and old favourites into their sensory overload live show at the Big Day Out 2013, and a couple of venues (hopefully) near you.

Tickets for both shows go on sale this Friday 21 September from Penny Drop online and Ticketek.
