‘At Last – The Etta James Story’, starring Vika Bull, will return to Melbourne two years after its 2013 premiere.

The Room 8 production ‘At Last – The Etta James Story’ opened in Melbourne at the Athenaeum Theatre in February, 2013. The show will return to The Arts Centre from 16 to 21 February, 2016.

Vika Bull has told the Etta James story in the production since it first opened, one year after the death of the legendary singer. “Etta James has had a huge influence on my musical journey. Someone played her record to me when I had just started performing, and from then on I was hooked. She had a voice so powerful it could knock you over, and I just love her sassy cheekiness on stage!” says Vika.

The show features Etta’s classic songs including ‘Tell Mama,’ ‘Something’s Got A Hold On Me’, ‘Pushover’, the heart rending ‘I’d Rather Go Blind’ as well as her iconic signature song ‘At Last’.

Booking from The Arts Centre Melbourne.
