James Arthur ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’ is once again topping the iTunes chart as most downloaded song in Australia this week.

James Arthur was the UK X Factor winner from 2012. While he is basking in his first no 1 hit he is also copping a whack from the naughty stick by Irish band The Script for ripping them off.

The Script claim that there are too many similarities between his song and their 2008 hit ‘The Man Who Can’t Be Moved’.
