Bette Midler Covers TLC Waterfalls LISTEN

Bette Midler has covered the TLC classic ‘Waterfalls’ on her new album ‘It’s The Girls’.

For anyone into music in the mid-90’s, there is probably no need to watch a lyrics video for the TLC hit Waterfalls. It was a number 1 record, nominated for the Grammy for Record of the Year and seemed to be everywhere in 1995.

What is important about the new video is the gorgeous take that Bette Midler has recorded of the song. Slowing it down to a ballad, the recording provides a new intensity to the song that was not part of the original.

Waterfalls is from the album It’s the Girls!
