Dave Leslie and Bob Spencer To Present Raw Guitars The Twin Guitar Show At Memo Music Hall

Dave Leslie and Bob Spencer have put together an all-star band for their Raw Brit presents Raw Guitars The Twin Guitar Show at Memo Music Hall on 11 October.

Dave of Baby Animals, Bob of Skyhooks, The Angels and currently Rose Tattoo will be joined by Boom Crash Opera’s Peter ‘Maz’ Maslen, Mick Pealing of Stars and The Badloves John Favaro.

Raw Brit will feature the songs of Free, Bad Company, The Who, Slade, Led Zeppelin, Status Quo and Cream.

Dave says, “I first met Bob when my band supported Swanee ( Bob was playing lead guitar..) at the Caringbah Inn in ‘85..

“He was warming up backstage and was hitting thru Clapton’s “Crossroads” solo which he played note-for-note..

“An amazing gig followed ( the hands, the TONE ) and years later I can count him as one of my closest friends and influences.

“I can guarantee that this night is going to be a memorable one for not only me but anyone who witnesses it.”
