News reports about Elton John and David Furnish welcoming a second child are false.

Sir Elton’s publicist has issued the following statement. “Contrary to various rumours that have been published online and in other media today, reports that Elton John and David Furnish have had a second child are false”.
Earlier reports announced that Elton and David were about to have a second child via the same surrogate woman who gave birth to their first child Zachary.
Elton had mentioned in interviews last year that he and David would like a second child. “At what stage we don’t know, but we definitely will,” was his exact quote.
While Elton will not have a new kid he does have a new album on the way. ‘Voyeur’ will be released in May.
