Poncy Brit-rockers Maximo Park will headline shows in Melbourne and Sydney at the very start of 2013.

Word is, the quintet are in fine form following an arena tour of Europe upon the success of their two-million-selling new album The National Health.

The band are amped, and will be in Australia around the New Year for the Falls and Southbound Festivals. Now Melbournians and Sydney-siders get their own headlining shows.

Maximo Park will be joined on both shows by Australian act Glass Towers. Tickets are available from the venues and Handsome Tours.
