Michael Bolton Scores His Own TV Show For Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s season, you’re going to have one more reason to be a Netflix subscriber as they present Michael Bolton’s Big Sexy Valentine’s Day Special.

This is not a Bolton concert or a musical special full of love songs. The show is a comedy, directed by The Lonely Island’s Akiva Schaffer and Comedy Bang! Bang!’s Scott Aukerman, following Bolton as he creates a variety special that is designed to get people to make love.

Yes, there will be some classic hits but expect a few, probably NSFW, originals.

Joining Bolton will be a long list of guests including Andy Samberg, Casey Wilson, Chris Parnell, Eric Andre, Jorma Taccone, Fred Armisen, Maya Rudolph, Michael Sheen, Randall Park and Sarah Silverman.

Bolton, who was oh-so-serious when he was making hits back in the 90’s, has recently been more than willing to make fun of his old image including the single Jack Sparrow with The Lonely Island (Schaffer, Samburg and Jorma Taccone).

The new show premieres on the service on Tuesday, February 7.
