The band were preparing for their first hometown show this year, a benefit for Trivic’s cousin Dana Vulin who was badly burned during a violent home invasion two months ago.

Now Trivic himself has fallen foul of terrible luck when he was hit by a car while riding a motorcycle on Monday. The accident badly broke both his legs, and he will undergo three to four months of rehabilitation and operations.

The benefit was due to take place on Friday 1 June, but has now been postponed to September 22.

It will still take place at The Rosemount Hotel in Perth, both supports The Scotch Of St.James and Boston & Chevy will still appear, and all purchased tickets are still valid for the new date.

Also, those who would still like to donate funds to the Foundation For Dana Valin can do so by visiting any Westpac branch with the account details, or via direct debit to: Westpac Bank – BSB: 036000 – Account: 939549 – Account Name: Foundation For Dana Vulin.

Tickets for the rescheduled date are on sale through OzTix now.
