The British boyband have been immortalised for the establishment and will stay at the London tourist attraction until July 11.

Excited fans have been flocking to the wax museum for a chance to view and touch the models of Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan.

With teenage hormones running high, many adoring girls have been overcome with emotion, crying at the sight of the boys.

British newspaper The Mirror now reports Madame Tussauds has appointed a special attendant to hand out tissues to sobbing fans.

An “emergency” supply of 150 boxes has been supplied to the museum for the employee to look after and pass to visitors.

Unveiled in April, dark-haired heartthrob Zayn immediately said the waxworks were “wicked”, while Liam felt extremely “privileged”.

Harry added it was “an honour” to see the band’s doubles and the whole group posed next to their models.

After their stint at the London Madame Tussauds, the One Direction waxworks will go “on tour” to New York City, where they stay until October 11, before moving to Sydney on October 24.

More “tour dates” will be announced in the future.

The boys themselves are also busy with their Take Me Home Tour, which starts its North America leg in Mexico on June 8.
