Phil Collins will perform in Australia in 2019 for the first time in 24 years.

Collins last toured Australia in April 1995.

Phil has come out of retirement for the 2019 aptly titled Not Dead Yet tour. “I thought I would retire quietly,” says Phil of his return, “But thanks to the fans, my family and support from some extraordinary artists I have rediscovered my passion for music and performing. It’s time to do it all again and I’m excited. It just feels right.”

TEG Dainty will promote the tour. President and CEO of TEG DAINTY Paul Dainty said ‘’I was privileged to be at the opening show of this tour at the Royal Albert Hall in London. What an inspiring and amazing concert. Australian fans, stand-by for something super special. I am thrilled to be working with Phil and his team again.”

James Taylor Farewells Australia With Final Tour (Melbourne Review)

I could go to a James Taylor show just for the stories. The man is a part of music history and is still around to tell the tales of how it all began. Like, for instance, being the first artist signed to Apple Records. James “auditioned” for Apple with his song ‘Something In The Way She Moves’. "Paul went away and started the label and George went away and wrote the song”, he said.
