Slayer will release ten vinyl reissues of their classic albums on December 10.
Released through Rick Rubin’s American Recordings, the reissues are re-mastered and pressed on high-quality 180-gram vinyl.
All nine of the Grammy Award winning band’s studio albums are to be rereleased, along with their double live album, ‘Decade of Aggression: Live’, from 1991.
The full list of albums include, Reign In Blood (1986), South of Heaven (1988), Seasons In The Abyss(1990), Divine Intervention (1994), Undisputed Attitude (1996), Diabolus In Musica (1998), God Hates Us All (2001), Christ Illusion (2006), and World Painted Blood (2009).
Each of the albums will feature the original artwork and inner sleeves, with an additional 500 unmarked copies featuring a blood red, coloured vinyl, to be indiscriminately spread throughout record stores in the U.S as ‘lucky dip’ items.
