Steve Albini To Speak At Face The Music

Nirvana recording engineer Steve Albini is heading to Melbourne as keynote speaker for the Face The Music conference.

Albini worked on the final Nirvana album ‘In Utereo’. He was also involved in albums fro Jesus Lizard, Boss Hog, Fugazi and Australia’s Mark Of Cain.

Steve also has his own band Shellac who have delivered five albums over the past 20 years. The current Shellac album ‘Dude Incredible’ is set for release on September 16, 2014.

Albini is an artist, journalist, industry commentator and recording engineer and will discuss his career at Face the Music at the Melbourne Arts Centre in November.

Face The Music will be held at the Arts Centre, Melbourne over November 14 and 15.
