Toby Martin Of Youth Group To Release Solo Album

Youth Group’s Toby Martin will release his debut solo album in July.

Martin has been the singer and songwriter for Youth Group since the band started 10 years and four albums ago.

The album ‘Love’s Shadow’ was co-produced and engineered by Toby’s long-time collaborator Tim Kevin and mixed in Nashville by Mark Nevers (Bonnie Prince Billy, The Silver Jews).

‘Love’s Shadow’ will be released on July 27 through Ivy League Records.

Sydney's much-loved indie outfit Youth Group have unveiled their brand-new single Saturday Dad, the second track lifted from their forthcoming sixth studio album Big Whoop, set for release on 31 October 2025 via Impressed Recordings in collaboration with Cassell Records. To coincide with the release, the band will embark on a national tour running from 31 October to 8 November, marking another milestone in a remarkable 25-year journey.
