Toronto To Host Music Cities Summit

Canadian Music Week will host the Music Cities Summit in Toronto in May.

The Music Cities Summit will be part of Canadian Music Week.

The key message from the 2018 conference will be ‘The Mastering of a Music City’. It will focus on how Canada drives a creative economy through the music industry.

The conference will also study creative city planning and the role of music in an urban setting. Sessions include New Orleans: A Case Study; Emerging Music Cities; and Music Officers Meet Their Match.
