‘Heart Attack’ is the first single from Trey Songz forthcoming ‘V’ album.

“I got a chance to perform it for the first time in Sydney because it was only two weeks old,” Trey Songz tells Noise11.com.

He said why he chose ‘Heart Attack’ as the first single for ‘V’. “I think it is a different first look for me with my persona and image being the guy that is cool, the guy who invented sex, the neighbours know my name, the cool guy. With this record showing women that men can be vulnerable and that even the most confident man can have a state that he is hurting.

‘V’ will feature many special guests. “I got my boy T.I. on there. I got Big Sean, J. Cole,” he says. “I’ve said too much already because you didn’t hear three of those records I just named. I wanted to give you guys a good look at the heart of the album and a piece of each record, ‘Heart Attack’ being very vulnerable, simply amazing, very sexy”.

The R&B star is a viral sensation already with over 12 million Facebook likes and over 4 million Twitter followers.
