Push Over have partnered with triple j Unearthed to offer one lucky band the opportunity to play at Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

The act will have the opportunity to play alongside Australia’s finest including Smith Street Band, Buried In Verona, Pez, and Deez Nuts.

To be in the running, all artists need to do is upload their music to triple j Unearthed by Sunday February 16, with the winner announced later in the month.

Push Over is also offering the chance for you and a mate to smash a piñata with the Smith Street Band. You’ll get VIP backstage passes to the event, as well as a Z340 Polaroid Camera to capture all your backstage antics.

To win the VIP passes, all you need to do is jump on the Push Over Facebook page and tell them why you are deserving of the opportunity. They will be giving extra points for creativity so write a song, make a movie or communicate through interpretive dance. Entries close February 16.

Tickets to Push Over 2014 are available now from Ticketmaster. Remember that Push Over is an all-ages drug, alcohol and smoke-free event.
