Warner Music Australia will hold open talent auditions across Australia during the July school holidays.

Warner describes the exercise as “an old school talent search” going “back to basics” to find talent of all ages and genres to sign to the label. A recording deal will be offered for the most impressive talent found.

Potential artists need to be 12 years or older and need to prepare one song, either original or cover, that is to be performed on the day as either a capella or with an acoustic backing.

Participants are advised to turn on up the advertised dates below and register to confirm their place. They will then audition in private in front of Warner Music executives.
