Tedeschi Trucks Band formed simply because it was a good way to keep the family together.

Susan Tedeschi had here own successful solo career when she married Derek Truck of the Allman Brothers and his own Derek Trucks Band. The more recent Tedeschi Trucks Band gave the couple the opportunity to work together, tour together and take time off together.

The union was an instant success. Their debut album Revelator earned them a Grammy Award for Best Blues Album.

Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks sat down with Paul Cashmere at Noise11.com to tell the Tedeschi Trucks Band story.
