Biffy Clyro have got their first ever UK number one album with Opposites..

The Biffy boys have finally secured their first number one with their new album Opposites released last Monday.

The double album – the band’s sixth – sold 75,000 in its first week and is their first record to top the charts.

The band – who played a tiny gig for Xfm and War Child at the Borderline on the day Opposites was released – talked Xfm’s John Kennedy through the record track by track.
